The SUARGAteam maakte bij mij een ringmaat fout. Ze hebben het hersteld maar ik moest wel de kosten betalen. Zo slecht voor zo’n bedrijf. Eén een sorry kon er helemaal niet van af. Zo jammer dat kost nl niets. 24.02.2026

We agreed to help exceptionally, because our priority is for our customers to enjoy their purchase. We proposed that in case an actual picking error took place, we would cover the shipment costs for the new delivery; otherwise you would cover them. You had agreed to this in writing. Once we received your return, we confirmed that there was no picking error made on our end and the ring size that you had selected was simply too small for you. We sent you a payment link for the new shipping fees and proceeded with shipping out the new ring for you right away.
As a conclusion, we advise you to use the size charts and sizing insturctions shared on our website before purchasing items that come in multiple size options, and we hope you enjoy your items moving forward.
